Trophy Fees:
WE HAVE NO TROPHY OR OTHER FEES.
There are no hidden charges. The price we quote is the price you pay,

plus Ohio hunting license and deer tag fees. (OHIO License & Permit)

Bookings:
Each hunter must fill out a 6 day hunt reservation form or a 3 day hunt reservation form.
The reservation form for each hunter must be received by fax, email, or mail prior to scheduling.
You are not locked into your date until your reservation form and deposit is received.
I understand that I am not required to stay for the entire 7 nights stay / 6 day hunt or 3 nights stay / 3 day hunt. There is no decrease in pricing for staying less nights. There will be no refunds for hunters that leave earlier. Your booking includes 7 nights stay / 6 day hunt or 3 nights stay / 3 day hunt, however you are permitted to rent the cabin for extra nights at the cost of $150.00 per group per night (Example: Arrive on Saturday night – for early Sunday morning scouting). See chart above.

A normal booking includes:
*Check In: 2:00pm
*Guided Scouting Service: Check in day 2:15pm – 4:00pm
*Hunt on Private Land (100-500 acres):
*Check out: scheduled check out day, by 12:00 pm (Noon)

Each hunter will have 6 or 3 days of hunting.
There are no Sunday hunts on private hunting lands (due to our religon. We feel Sunday is the Lords day). However we do use Sunday to scout, enjoy the land, and prepare for hunting. Scouting is permitted and suggested.

Cancellation list:
If requested dates are not available, are you interested in being entered onto our cancellation list? If so, and your requested date becomes available, you will be notified 1-14 days prior to requested dates. If you accept at that time your credit card will be billed for the deposit. Cabin sleeps 12 comfortably.

Guided Scouting Service:
Your hunt will include a free set up guide service.

Your set up guide will be on the designated day starting at 2:30 pm. The guide will show you the land boundaries, give you a walking tour, review land plot maps, and Ohio hunting rules and regulation. He will also give you tips on the best places to set up tree stands and share prior hunting success stories and locations. At that time you can ask questions about local restaurants, hunting supply stores, taxidermist, deer processing, etc.

Surcharge:
Each hunter will be charged a $19.99 surcharge and a total of 10% in fees will be billed to you. See chart above.

Security Deposit / Down payment:
50% booking price due upon booking a 6 day hunt (remainder of balance due upon check in)
and 100% booking price due upon booking a 3 day hunt.
The reservation form for each hunter must be received by fax, email, or mail prior to scheduling. You are not locked into your date until your reservation form and deposit is received 6 day hunt or 3 day hunt. Security Deposit / Down payment are required when placing each booking for each hunter. Security Deposit / Down payment is refundable only if you cancel within the first 7 days from the date your Security Deposit / Down payment is paid, UNLESS deposit is paid less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, in which case you will have 24 hours to cancel. Cabin must be left in the same condition it was found in or your credit card will be charged a $250.00 non-refundable fee. You are responsible for washing your dishes and cleaning up after yourself. We are a smoke free facility. No pets allowed inside the cabin. See chart above.

Accessories:
Dishes, Pots & Pans, Clean Towels, and Clean Sheets are provided.

Food:
YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You may bring whatever you like to eat and drink (don’t forget the coffee). There is a full kitchen for your use but, you must wash the dishes. There are a number of family and fast food (subway, McDonalds, Dominos, & Wing Slinger Sports Bar) restaurants in McConnelsville, approximately 18 minutes from the lodge.

License:
License and permits are required. You must follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Ohio. To purchase OHIO License & Permit. We recommend you purchase an either sex deer tag.

Weapons:
You must follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Ohio. Alcohol and hunting don’t mix and is PROHIBITED IN THE STATE OF OHIO. l

Hunts on Private Property:
You must follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Ohio. Each hunter must have a written and signed agreement from the property owner. Property owner has sole discretion as to who may hunt on private property. WE ONLY BOOK HUNTS FOR SKILLED HUNTERS (1-3 YEARS HUNTING EXPERIENCE)! RULES FOR YOUR FREE HUNT!!

1a. You must be accompanied by 1-12 (at least 1 hunter at regular rate) other hunters, at the regular price.

***If you would like to extend your hunt to a 6 day bow / muzzleloader hunt you will need to pay the difference of $399.99.
1b. You must be accompanied by 1-12 other hunters, at the regular price of $1,299.99: (3 day shotgun hunt)

***If you would like to extend your hunt to a 6 day shotgun hunt you will need to pay the difference of $699.99.
***if you bring 4 or more hunters at regular rate, your free 3 day hunt will be increased to a free 6 day hunt!!

2. Your 1-12 hunting friends that will be accompanying you must pay their deposit and follow all rules and regulations.
3. You must follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Ohio for the hunting season of your choice.
4. Your stay must be scheduled during an open date. (Call for open dates).
5. Read the website for a list of all rules and regulations.
6. IF YOU CAN’T USE OR DON’T WANT YOUR FREE HUNT. You can turn it over to a lucky friend or family member. Reply to your winner message. Include the contact name, phone number and email of the person you wish to give your hunt to.

** Ohio charges approximately $150.00 for your hunting license and tags (either sex tag).
