I understand that I am not required to stay all nights. There is no decrease in pricing for staying less nights. Your booking includes 7 or 3 nights stay.
* 7 night stays arriving Sunday after 2:00pm - checking out the following Sunday by 12:00 pm (Noon). Each hunter will have 6 days of hunting. Mondy - Saturday. There are no Sunday hunts on private hunting lands, however using Sunday to scout land and prepare for hunting is permitted and suggested.
* 3 night stays arriving after 2:00pm - checking out by 12:00 pm (Noon). Each hunter will have 3 days of hunting. There are no Sunday hunts on private hunting lands, however using Sunday to scout land and prepare for hunting is permitted and suggested. 3 day hunts are booked by availbily and subject to change.

If requested dates are not available, are you interested in being entered onto our cancellation list? If so you will be notified 1-14 days prior to requested dates. If you accept at that time your credit card will be billed for the deposit. There is only 1 group booking per lodge and per 100 acres of private farm / hunting land. Cabin sleeps 12 comfortably, however you are permitted to have as many in your group booking as you would like.

Taxes:

Total of 10% in taxes will be billed to you at check in..

Surcharge: Each hunter will be charged a $15.99 surcharge

Security Deposit: $250.00 deposit required when placing each booking for each hunter staying. Deposit is refundable only if you cancel within the first 7 days from the date your security deposit is paid, UNLESS deposit is paid less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, in which case you will have 24 hours to cancel. Cabin must be left in the same condition it was found in. You are responsible for washing your dishes and cleaning up after yourself. If cabin is clean and nothing is destroyed your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card. We are a smoke free facility. No pets allowed inside the cabin..

There are no hidden charges. The price we quote is the price you pay, plus surcharge and taxes.

Accessories:
Dishes, Pots & Pans, Clean Towels, and Clean Sheets are provided.

Food:
You may bring whatever you like to eat and drink (dont forget the coffee). There is a full kitchen for your use but, you must wash the dishes. There are a number of family and fast food restaurants in McConnelsville, approximately 10 minutes from the lodge.

License:
License and permits are required. You must follow all rules

and regulations set by the state of Ohio.

Weapons:

Hunts of Private Property:
You must follow all rules and regulations set by the state of Ohio. Each hunter must have a written and signed agreement from the property owner. Property owner has sole discretion as to who may hunt on private property. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
